barebottle still operates like they did when they were a small, in-home brewer with their constant experimentation, innovation, and creativity. fast forward two years and here they are: a bad-ass brewery based out of san francisco that relentlessly explores new flavor combination while incorporating all the local ingredients possible in new and interesting ways.
