LOCAL LAMB DINNER FEATURING DON WATSON'S SPRING LAMB

napa valley lamb company's lambs are raised about 30 miles north of san francisco on the grounds of the infineon raceway in sonoma. renound lamb expert-owner don watson, a handful of expert peruvian sheepherders, and four great pyrenees herding dogs take a hands-on (and paws-on!) approach when it comes to caring for the roughly 3,000 sustainably raised sheep. for this special dinner, chef angelo will prepare a grand family-style meal featuring many preparations of don’s famous lamb. a special selection of wines from robert craig winery will be paired with each course.
